Description
The Site Haz-Waste Specialist oversees SGS laboratory receiving, sample logistics, waste management, hazardous and universal waste compliance, fleet vehicles, security systems, and employee access controls. The role supervises laboratory employees, handles hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, timekeeping, and safety-related activities, and coordinates with coordinators, lab personnel, SGS locations, and vendors. A high school degree or GED and at least five years of transferable shipping/receiving or office-management experience are required, along with previous supervisory experience.
