Description
The position supports private-fleet transportation and shipping operations by maintaining pallet tracking, auditing driver logs and trip reports, monitoring Department of Transportation requirements for driver files, tracking returned goods, managing load paperwork and filing, coordinating shipping-team workflow, and communicating with customers. It also performs general office administration such as billing, accounts payable and receivable, collections, payroll, fuel reconciliation, database maintenance, and reporting. The schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, 4:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with flexibility required. Compensation is $19.08 per hour and benefits include paid time off, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k), and an associate referral program.
