The employer is hiring a full-time Shipping Associate / Forklift Driver / Warehouse Associate in Balve to support production and logistics. Responsibilities include picking, assembling, packaging, shipping documentation, quality control, order picking, stock checks, inventory counts, and loading and unloading vehicles with front and side forklifts. Applicants need warehousing, shipping, or production experience; a valid forklift license and at least one year of front-forlift experience; technical drawing knowledge; German language skills; and a reliable, independent working style. A crane operator’s license is advantageous and may be obtained later.
