Description
The Shipping Coordinator supports RTI’s warehouse and distribution operations by preparing shipping documentation, coordinating pick orders and freight carriers, ensuring accurate picking and labeling, loading and unloading trucks, resolving inventory discrepancies, operating forklifts, and supporting receiving and warehouse coverage. The role is onsite Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM at the Mendota Heights warehouse, pays $24.00 per hour plus a 10% bonus opportunity, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of warehouse experience, forklift operation, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
