Description
Vital Farms is hiring an internal Shipping, Receiving & Warehouse (SRW) Supervisor to manage the accurate and timely receipt and shipment of orders. The role coordinates dock schedules, freight carriers, inbound and outbound shipments, storage organization, and order-management systems; coaches and develops crew members; and ensures safety, sanitation, and food-safety procedures are followed. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of warehouse or transportation experience, and at least two years of supervisory experience, with a bachelor’s degree in supply chain or operations preferred.
