United Initiators is hiring a full-time Shipping & Receiving Associate for its Elyria, Ohio manufacturing facility. The role supports the safe and accurate flow of raw materials, supplies, and finished goods through inbound verification, material handling, SAP transactions, inventory counts, cold-storage monitoring, outbound shipping, and cargo securing. The position offers $21 per hour starting, with $22 per hour after 90 days, and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance starting on day one. A high school diploma or GED, forklift qualification, physical ability, English fluency, and the ability to wear a respirator are required; SAP or inventory-control-system experience is preferred. Weekend, holiday, and overtime work may be needed, and visa sponsorship is not available.
