Description
Smyth is hiring a Shipping Associate to oversee shipping and receiving, maintain warehouse accuracy and organization, route documentation, assist with loading and unloading trucks, and recommend Lean improvements. The role offers Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm shifts and includes medical, dental, vision, paid time off, holidays, disability, life insurance, and other benefits. A high school degree or equivalent, the ability to perform heavy lifting, and English reading, writing, and instruction-following skills are required; warehouse equipment, shipping/receiving, printing, and lean manufacturing experience are preferred.
