IEM is hiring an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) Coordinator to manage and close returned-materials orders in a manufacturing environment. The role coordinates with production, purchasing, warehouse, shipping, accounting, and vendors; processes ERP changes; verifies quality checks and documentation; tracks supplier and delivery issues; and supports purchasing activities. The position requires hands-on warehouse experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a valid forklift certification, with 100% in-office work in Fremont, California. Compensation is listed at 24.00–33.65 per hour, with possible bonus or long-term incentive units and benefits.
