Description
CF Industries is seeking a Shipping Superintendent to lead and coordinate shipping operations. The role manages shipping personnel, plans daily shipments, coordinates with production, sales, logistics, inventory control, and transportation providers, ensures regulatory and safety compliance, optimizes shipping processes, resolves issues, analyzes KPIs, and maintains operational documentation. Strong leadership, organization, shipping software and Microsoft Office proficiency, communication, regulatory knowledge, problem-solving, and attention to detail are required.
