Lycoming Engines is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead and develop a team of bargaining-unit employees in warehouse operations. The role is responsible for hiring, coaching, training, directing, counseling, and disciplining personnel; improving receiving, shipping, inventory control, talent, processes, and facilities; supervising manpower utilization; supporting cross-functional initiatives; administering the Collective Bargaining Agreement; and ensuring compliance with company procedures. The posting requires leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, team-building, conflict-resolution, and Microsoft Office skills, with general aviation engine and airframe knowledge preferred and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience in manufacturing or supply chain.
