MPS is hiring a Shipping Supervisor for its Gordonsville facility to coordinate and supervise outbound freight, staging, truck routing, loading, shipping documentation, dock security, and warehouse operations. The role supervises one lead and one office clerk plus hourly employees, handles hiring, training, performance evaluation, staffing, budgeting, and safety compliance, and requires shipping and receiving experience, computer skills, and WMS proficiency. The position offers a $1,000 retention bonus after one year, paid time off, 11 paid holidays, 401(k) eligibility, and a yearly salary of $60,000 to $70,000.
