Working under the Service Manager and experienced shop technicians, the role performs basic assignments, assists with inspections and repairs, and checks tools and equipment. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, a mechanical background with electrical and hydraulics experience, a valid driver's license, and preferably general laborer or yard-worker experience in construction or heavy equipment.
