HydroPoint is hiring an on-site Manufacturing Supervisor in Petaluma, California, to lead daily production operations in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment. The role combines hands-on production leadership, team coaching and scheduling, workflow and inventory coordination, quality and continuous improvement, equipment support, and cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Operations. Candidates need at least five years of manufacturing experience, including two years leading production teams, along with ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency and the ability to read manufacturing documentation.
