Ascendance Truck Centers is hiring a full-time Shop Foreman to lead and coordinate commercial truck shop operations. The role monitors work activity, manages workflow across shifts, supports client work orders and vehicle repairs, maintains equipment, documents vehicle complaints, tests vehicles, handles warranty parts, and develops customer relationships. Candidates need 3–5 years of diesel mechanic experience, at least one year of fleet or dealership experience, and one year of management or customer service experience, along with a high school diploma or equivalent.
