Castle Rock Enterprises is hiring a full-time Shop Foreman to oversee the day-to-day operations of its heavy equipment shop, supervise mechanics and apprentices, and perform or coordinate heavy equipment maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and inspections. The role manages shop workflow, prioritizes work orders, supports emergency breakdowns, maintains safety and compliance standards, and coordinates with the Shop Manager and field crews to minimize equipment downtime. Candidates should have strong heavy equipment and diesel-system knowledge, prior leadership or supervisory experience, a valid Class 5 driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible hours.
