Description
Crusoe is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee production leads and technicians across modular data centers, power distribution centers, and low- and medium-voltage gear assemblies. The role leads operational performance, Lean Manufacturing improvements, scheduling, quality, safety, workforce development, vendor relationships, and project execution while coordinating with engineering, supply chain, quality, and project management. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent vocational training, at least five years of progressive manufacturing, industrial fabrication, or electro-mechanical assembly experience, and the ability to work in a safety-sensitive industrial environment. Compensation is $100,000–$115,000 plus bonus, with equity and comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.
