Description
The Automotive Shop Foreman leads an automotive service department by recruiting and developing technicians, assigning repair work, monitoring repair quality and customer satisfaction, handling complaints, managing department performance and payroll, maintaining safety and equipment, and supporting service operations. The role requires substantial automotive service experience, ASE and I-CAR certifications, and the ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
