RV Country is hiring a Shop Foreman to lead its service department, manage RV repair and maintenance workflow, coordinate parts installation, assign work to technicians, and maintain a safe and professional shop environment. The role requires past RV technician experience, a current valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or GED; shop supervisor experience is preferred.
