Description
Red Dot Buildings is hiring a Shop Laborer to support structural steel production at its Athens, Texas facility. The role involves reading shop drawings, measuring and staging steel components, operating plate-pulling, plate-processing, and pull-through welding equipment, setting up and monitoring machinery, using overhead cranes, inspecting components, maintaining material traceability, and supporting fabrication production. Prior manufacturing, machine-operation, welding, or structural steel fabrication experience is preferred, along with MIG welding experience for pull-through welding assignments.
