Description
The Shop Lead will supervise warehouse staff and oversee second-shift warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, shipping, inventory accuracy, safety compliance, process improvement, reporting, and warehouse management systems. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of warehouse supervision or management experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, WMS proficiency, and the ability to work the second shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
