Description
SCA is hiring a full-time Shop Manager to oversee maintenance operations across multiple Virginia locations, including Virginia Beach, Fredericksburg, and Richmond. The role leads and develops maintenance teams, coordinates fleet readiness and work orders, supports complex diesel, hydraulic, electrical, air, and heavy-equipment troubleshooting, manages parts and vendors, and ensures safety, compliance, documentation, and cost accountability. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of relevant shop experience, leadership experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel between locations; compensation is $85,000–$95,000 with high travel and benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
