Squadra Personalmanagement GmbH is hiring a full-time Shop Manager for the A1 Shop Innsbruck DEZ. The role independently runs the retail store, coaches and motivates the team, sells A1 products, optimizes service and quality processes, and trains retail apprentices. Candidates need completed vocational training, relevant retail experience, several years of sales experience, leadership skills, and German at a negotiation-proof level plus at least B2 English. The position offers a gross salary of EUR 3,788.22 per month for 40 weekly hours, with an increase to EUR 3,898.22 starting 01 October, plus a bonus system and other benefits.
