Description

Pasha Logistics LLC is seeking a hands-on Shop Manager to lead their shop function, ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse equipment, yard assets, vehicles, and facility mechanical systems. This role involves directing daily shop workflow, managing maintenance programs, overseeing parts and vendor activity, and supporting safety and compliance. The manager will focus on maximizing equipment uptime, minimizing service disruptions, and contributing to safe, reliable, and efficient freight operations.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Strong maintenance experience.
Shop leadership.
5+ years of equipment, fleet, or industrial maintenance experience supporting warehouse, distribution, freight, or production environments.
2+ years of supervisory experience leading mechanics, technicians, or shop operations.
Preferred Qualifications: OSHA forklift trainer, welding certifications, or equivalent safety/maintenance credentials.
Experience with temporary labor, vendor management, and high-volume operational settings.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to set clear expectations, coach performance, and develop mechanics.
Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize urgent repairs and operational needs.
Effective communicator who works well with Operations, Safety, vendors, and customer-facing teams.
Cost-conscious and focused on reducing downtime, rework, and service disruptions.
