Structural Technologies is hiring a full-time Shop Operator to manufacture and fabricate steel construction components. The role operates shear rails, stud welding equipment, and cutting lines; handles and inspects steel materials; maintains equipment; supports inventory and material handling; and follows safety and quality procedures. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior Shop Operator experience, technical fabrication skills, and the ability to read engineering drawings. It is based in Pompano Beach, Florida, requires in-person work, and pays $17.00–$22.00 per hour with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
