Description
The employer is hiring a permanent Shop Supervisor - Engineered Products & Services to lead the Saint John service department. The role coordinates electrical and mechanical service work, schedules and assigns technicians, supervises skilled service technicians, manages customer expectations and quotations, reviews repair quality, supports ISO compliance, and contributes to shop productivity and safety. The position requires at least five years of supervisory, leadership, or lead-hand experience in an industrial, manufacturing, service, or maintenance environment, along with strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting, communication, and time-management skills.
