Structural Technologies is hiring a full-time Shop Operator to support the manufacturing and fabrication of construction components. The role involves operating shear rails, stud welding equipment, and cutting lines; handling and inspecting steel materials; maintaining equipment; managing materials and inventory; and following safety and quality procedures. A high school diploma or equivalent, prior shop-operator experience, fabrication skills, engineering-drawing interpretation, physical ability, and teamwork are required, while technical training, specialized-tool experience, and inventory-management knowledge are preferred.
