NOV Artificial Lift is hiring an experienced Shop Technician for its Midland, Texas facility. The role performs advanced inspection, testing, troubleshooting, repair, rebuilding, and preparation of Electric Submersible Pumps and related artificial lift equipment; operates high-pressure and high-voltage testing equipment; coordinates equipment movement; maintains inventory and technical documentation; supports 6S and continuous improvement; and trains Technician I and Technician II employees. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of relevant ESP or artificial lift technical experience, and strong mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting, communication, and training skills.
