West Shore Home is hiring an Installation Manager in Andover, Massachusetts to lead and grow an installation team, oversee profitable product installations, improve warehouse and pre-installation measurement processes, visit job sites, train and coach employees, and support the customer journey. The role requires experience in installation, construction, or home remodeling; KPI and revenue-management success; strong leadership; and a valid driver’s license.
