Doorstead is hiring a Field Associate for a 1099 contracted hourly position in the Bakersfield area. The role primarily conducts thirty-minute property showings for prospective tenants, secures properties, reports feedback, and pays for commute time. Property evaluations are optional and involve assessing conditions, documenting deficiencies with Doorstead tooling, photographing properties, and preparing basic reports. Candidates need a real estate license, real estate or property-management experience, strong communication and attention to detail, reliable transportation, and a smartphone capable of running the evaluation tool and taking high-quality photos.
