Doorstead is hiring a Field Associate for a contracted, hourly 1099 position in the Myrtle Beach area. The role primarily conducts property showings for prospective tenants, secures properties, reports feedback, and occasionally performs property evaluations using Doorstead tooling, photos, and basic reports. Candidates must have a real estate license, background in real estate showings or property-related work, strong communication and attention to detail, reliable transportation, and a smartphone capable of running the evaluation tool and taking high-quality photos. The position offers flexible, independent work and average pay of $40–$50 per showing.
