Doorstead is hiring a Field Associate for a contracted, hourly 1099 position in the Salisbury area. The role primarily conducts property showings for prospective tenants, secures properties, reports feedback, and occasionally performs property evaluations using Doorstead tooling. Candidates must have a real estate license, local travel availability, reliable transportation, smartphone photography capability, and strong communication and attention-to-detail skills. Average pay is $40–$50 per showing, with paid commute time.
