Doorstead is hiring a Field Associate for a contracted hourly 1099 position in the Cleveland area. The role primarily conducts property showings for prospective tenants, secures properties, reports feedback, and occasionally performs property evaluations using Doorstead tooling. Candidates must have a real estate license, background in real estate showings or property management, strong communication and attention to detail, reliable transportation, and a smartphone capable of running the evaluation tool and taking high-quality photos. The position offers flexible, independent work and average pay of $40–$50 per showing.
