Doorstead is hiring a Field Associate for a 1099 contracted hourly position in the Naples area. The role primarily conducts thirty-minute property showings for prospective tenants, secures properties, reports feedback, and occasionally performs one-hour property evaluations using Doorstead tooling, photos, and basic reports. Candidates must have a real estate license, background in real estate showings, property management, home evaluations, or appraisals, strong communication and attention to detail, reliable transportation, and a smartphone capable of running the evaluation tool and taking high-quality photos.
