Doorstead is hiring a Field Associate for a contracted, hourly 1099 position in the Charlotte area. The role primarily conducts property showings for prospective tenants, secures properties, reports feedback, and occasionally performs property evaluations using Doorstead tooling. The position offers average pay of $40–$50 per showing, paid commute time, and flexible independent work. A real estate license is required by company policy, along with real estate, property management, home evaluation, or appraisal experience, strong communication and attention to detail, local travel, mobile-app and smartphone-photography proficiency, reliable transportation, and a professional demeanor.
