The role oversees recruiting, training, mentoring, sales strategy, business development, showroom presentation, inventory, point-of-sale systems, product resets, installations, reporting, and customer service. Candidates need at least three years of management and sales experience in luxury home furnishings, lighting, or building materials, a background in interior design, custom home products, or lighting, and a college degree. The position offers a CAD base salary of $95,000–$125,000 plus a monthly bonus opportunity and requires authorization to work in the United States.
