Description
Tonal is hiring a Showroom Manager to lead retail operations at its University Town Center showroom. The role oversees sales-floor performance, store budgeting, scheduling, merchandising, inventory, client experiences, lead follow-up, CRM outreach, team development, hiring, community relationships, marketing events, and compliance with operating procedures. The position reports to the Regional Manager and requires strong communication, sales-management, retail, and client-experience skills, along with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
