Description
Tonal is hiring a Showroom Sales Supervisor to lead sales and client service at its University Town Center Showroom. The role mentors and trains Sales Specialists, leads product demonstrations and workouts, drives sales and client relationships, maintains Salesforce records, conducts outreach, manages opening and closing procedures, and supports inventory unpacking. Candidates need at least two years of sales experience in retail, fitness, service, or hospitality, strong communication and problem-solving skills, flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
