Amazon is hiring a Shrink Reduction Program Manager to own end-to-end programs that identify root causes of supply-chain defects and eliminate shrink losses. The role leads cross-functional teams across Operations, Technology, Retail, and Supply Chain; translates data and operational signals into scalable interventions; manages stakeholders and project timelines; and expands cost-to-serve reduction efforts across regions and fulfillment models. Candidates need at least three years of program or project management experience, three years of cross-functional experience with technology and non-technology teams, a bachelor’s degree or PMP certification, analytical skills, and stakeholder-management experience.
