Wood is hiring a full-time Shutdown Planner on a permanent staff or contract basis for an embedded role at a client office in Aberdeen City. The role supports offshore and onshore development projects by producing investment cost estimates, validating contractor and third-party estimates, preparing cost breakdown structures and supporting documentation, maintaining cost databases, and participating in cross-project analysis. It requires a technical diploma, oil and gas experience, cost estimating expertise, and familiarity with project estimation tools and systems; an engineering degree is preferred. The position offers hybrid working with three office days and two home days, along with medical cover and other benefits.
