Hotel Equities is hiring a Shuttle Driver / Bell Person for the Kansas City Airport Marriott in Kansas City, Missouri. The role combines safely transporting guests to and from the airport and other hotel locations with porter, luggage, valet, guest-service, and lobby-support duties. Candidates must have a CDL and open availability; a valid driver’s license, hospitality or shuttle/bell/valet experience, and strong customer service and communication skills are required or preferred. The position offers hourly pay plus tips, with historically average tips of $75–$150 per shift, and includes medical, dental, vision, vacation, retirement, and other benefits.
