The Shuttle Operations Shift Supervisor oversees safe and reliable shuttle operations during an assigned second or third shift, supervising approximately 12–15 shuttle operators. The role manages staffing, route coverage, fleet readiness, attendance, breaks, vehicle inspections, maintenance issues, safety compliance, customer service, shift handoffs, and operational reporting. Compensation is $30 per hour in United States dollars, with benefits available through ABM.
