The Shuttle Operations Shift Supervisor oversees safe and reliable shuttle operations during an assigned second or third shift, supervising approximately 12–15 shuttle operators. The role manages staffing, route coverage, fleet readiness, attendance, breaks, vehicle inspections, safety compliance, customer service, shift handoffs, operational reporting, and response to incidents. Compensation is $30 per hour, with benefits available through ABM.
