American Iron & Metal is hiring a full-time, permanent Railcar Handler in Montréal-Est, Quebec, for an evening shift from Monday to Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The role involves receiving railcars, moving them with shuttle trains, loading and weighing material railcars, maintaining tracks and railway equipment, cutting oversized metal with a torch, and performing safety inspections. Candidates need manufacturing and heavy-vehicle experience, knowledge of health and safety standards, teamwork, outdoor work ability, and welding knowledge or experience is an asset.
