Description
The SIGINT Training Specialist L2 will design, develop, deliver, and evaluate technical training for government personnel supporting mission-critical SIGINT systems and operational scenarios. Responsibilities include creating course materials, conducting instructor-led and web-based training, briefing military and agency personnel, analyzing training gaps, evaluating effectiveness, ensuring compliance, and mentoring junior training personnel. The role requires an active TS/SCI with polygraph, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least nine years of relevant experience, and expertise in electronics, SIGINT systems, computer systems, RF fundamentals, radio systems, and wireless communication technologies.
