Graphcore is hiring a Signal Integrity Engineer to design and validate high-speed electrical interfaces for AI compute hardware, including 112Gbps and 224Gbps SERDES, DDR, and processor interfaces. The role covers PCB and package-substrate design, launch and transmission-line structures, simulation, lab validation, prototype bring-up, debugging, and manufacturing support. Candidates should have strong high-speed digital circuit, signal and power integrity, GHz SERDES, and high-frequency simulation experience, along with hands-on experience using VNAs, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
