Freedom Caregivers is hiring a full-time Client Care Specialist in Wooster to provide customer service to clients, families, and caregivers; cover open client shifts; train and mentor new caregivers; communicate caregiver updates; and uphold agency standards. The role requires HHA or STNA experience and certification, flexible Monday–Friday availability, a valid Ohio driver’s license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, background and drug screening clearance, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The schedule is Monday through Friday with occasional weekends, and the pay is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.
