Description
Google is hiring a full-time Silicon Architect to build modeling infrastructure and performance models, analyze workloads, design high-performance and low-power CPU microarchitectures, architect chip subsystems, correlate models with RTL implementations, debug complex failures, characterize silicon, and develop electronic design automation tool flows. The role requires a master’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field plus two years of relevant experience, or a PhD in a related field, along with expertise in microprocessor microarchitecture, performance modeling, cache and TLB concepts, C or C++ programming, and automation scripting.
