Description
The Silicon Architect/Design Engineer will shape next-generation TPU technology by defining and designing accelerator architectures, developing microarchitectural and RTL designs, modeling performance and power, and collaborating with hardware, software, compiler, and machine learning teams. The role also covers design verification, physical design, DFT, post-silicon testing, debugging, and silicon bring-up, with a focus on AI/ML workload characterization and hardware/software codesign.
