Description
Astera Labs is hiring a Silicon Digital Architect - IP / Subsystem to define the architecture and technical direction of complex semiconductor IP blocks and SoC subsystems. The role owns architecture from requirements through implementation, defines microarchitecture, data and control paths, interfaces, clocking, reset, power, and error-handling mechanisms, evaluates performance and other trade-offs, develops architecture documentation, and collaborates with RTL, verification, physical design, firmware, and system teams. The architect will also review RTL and verification strategies, resolve complex technical issues, lead architecture reviews, and mentor senior or principal engineers.
