Description
Synopsys is seeking an experienced semiconductor IP Program Manager to lead customer-facing IP programs from kickoff through post-silicon support. The role owns schedules, milestones, deliverables, and statements of work; coordinates global engineering, applications, sales, and support teams; manages risks and issue resolution; and communicates program status to customers and leadership. The position requires a BSEE or equivalent and at least 8 years of semiconductor industry experience, including technical program management in SoC, analog IP, digital IP, or related technologies, along with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
